How to personalise:

• Title — Mama, Nana, Gigi, Mimi, Auntie or Grandma.
• Thread colour — Cream, Clover Green, Blush Pink, Navy or White.
• Side year — optional, four digits (+$3.00, only charged when you fill it in).
